Founded in 1989, Sitrick And Company employs approximately 60
people-most with extensive media and corporate experience-in offices in
Los Angeles, New York, and Washington, D.C.
The firm's experience base is both broad and deep, ranging from
corporate bankruptcies to Academy Award campaigns. It includes
reputation management (for both corporations and high-profile
individuals), mergers and acquisitions, proxy contests, in- and
out-of-court restructurings, product recalls and liability claims,
environmental controversies, financial restatements and write-downs,
government investigations, criminal indictments, labor issues (including
emergency executive transitions as well as union conflicts), trade
disputes, and all manner of business litigation (such as shareholder
actions, sexual harassment and sex discrimination cases, copyright and
patent infringement suits, etc.).

The firm also has executives who have been a prosecutor, litigator
