Sandra Sternberg
Sandra joined Sitrick And Company in 1990 and has handled scores of court-supervised and out-of-court restructurings, in addition to corporate matters of various kinds and other projects. Prior to joining Sitrick, Ms. Sternberg had a varied career in public relations, focusing primarily on corporate, crisis and transactional communications. She also served in senior positions at Burson-Marsteller and Hill & Knowlton and as a consultant to Merrill Lynch & Co., where she managed a key government relations and community outreach program for the company’s western region. Crisis matters in which she has been involved include product recalls and liability issues, industrial and environmental accidents, health and welfare issues, corporate downsizing, financial restatements and restructuring; litigation; labor disputes and job actions, executive transitions and leadership change; criminal and regulatory investigations. Ms. Sternberg began her career at Tenneco, Inc., once a top-20 multi-national corporation with manufacturing operations in diverse industries including energy, chemicals, transportation and agriculture, as a member of their human resources and communications staffs. Ms. Sternberg holds a BA in English, with a minor concentration in industrial relations and management, as well as an MBA.
