Tamara Taylor
Tamara Taylor is a member of the firm’s Los Angeles office where she specializes in crisis and media strategy communications counseling, litigation support, media training and video production. She recently advised a leading company in the professional beauty industry in a product disparagement case and has worked with such high profile clients as the Kabbalah Center, Thomas Kinkade, American Apparel, R. Kelly and other entertainment industry figures. Ms. Taylor was a broadcast journalist for more than 20 years before joining Sitrick And Company. She spent nearly seven years as an award-winning reporter for KCOP-TV in Los Angeles, where she also served as a news anchor and specialized in financial and consumer reporting. She also held several positions at KCBS-TV, the CBS owned television station in Los Angeles, where she served nearly a decade as a Broadcast Producer, as well as holding the positions of Manager of News Administration and News Writer. She received numerous prestigious awards, including a Los Angeles Area Emmy Award for producing Best Daily News Program: “Channel Two News at Five” – she was also an Emmy nominee for Best Hard News Story. Ms Taylor was also honored with numerous Radio Television News Director Association Golden Mike Awards for Best Special News Program and Best News Broadcast, and California Associated Press Awards for Best Investigative Reporting and Best Spot News Coverage. She has also received the Los Angeles Press Club Journalism Award for Excellence. Since joining the firm ten years ago, Ms. Taylor has handled a variety of assignments involving crisis management, criminal matters, mergers and acquisition, restructuring, litigation support, and reputation management.
