Tamara Taylor is a former broadcast news producer, reporter and anchor for network-owned television stations in Los Angeles and has been with Sitrick for more than 14 years. She is broadly experienced at managing television news coverage, media training and scripting and producing educational and advocacy videos for use in strategic communications plans. As a specialist in crisis and media strategy communications, litigation support and strategic counseling, Ms. Taylor leads the firm’s practice for Monster Beverage Corp. and was deeply involved in both Chapter 11 cases for Hostess Brands, Inc. as well as numerous other Chapter 11 cases, in which her strong writing and media skills contributed to multifaceted and fast moving communications efforts. She has worked with high profile clients such as Guggenheim Partners, Sempra Energy, Research in Motion, The Beverly Hills Unified School District, APCOR, Skechers, the Michael Jackson Estate, Activision, Lennar Homes, The Greater Los Angeles Zoo Association, Eisenhower Medical Center, Kabbalah Center, Thomas Kinkade, American Apparel, Dwight Howard, R. Kelly, Chris Brown, Paula Poundstone, Erin Brochovich and other entertainment industry figures and business leaders. Ms. Taylor was an award-winning broadcast journalist for more than 20 years before joining Sitrick And Company. She spent nearly seven years as an award-winning reporter for KCOP-TV in Los Angeles, where she also served as a news anchor and specialized in financial and consumer reporting. She also held several positions at KCBS-TV, the CBS owned television station in Los Angeles, where she served nearly a decade as a Broadcast Producer, as well as holding the positions of Manager of News Administration and News Writer. She received numerous prestigious awards, including a Los Angeles Area Emmy Award for producing Best Daily News Program: “Channel Two News at Five” – she was also an Emmy nominee for Best Hard News Story.
