Terry Fahn, a senior member of the firm, specializes in strategic communications, litigation support, crisis/reputation management and transactional public relations involving corporations, government agencies, non-profit organizations and high-profile individuals from the world of business, sports and entertainment. During his tenure at Sitrick And Company he has worked on a broad variety of matters, including civil and criminal litigation support, special investigations, proxy contests, transactions and restructurings.

Representative active and former clients include Alex Rodriguez; Dwight Howard; Papa John’s; the Fiesta Bowl; The Gores Group; the Estate of Michael Jackson; the Beverly Hills Unified School District in its fight over the routing of the Westside Subway Extension; Patricia Dunn, former chairman of the board of Hewlett-Packard and Roy Disney and the “SaveDisney” proxy campaign.

Mr. Fahn previously served as a Senior Vice President at Dick Clark Productions, where he was in charge of communications for such notable programming as the American Music Awards, Dick Clark’s New Years’ Rockin’ Eve, the Golden Globe Awards and the Academy of Country Music Awards. Prior to joining Sitrick And Company, he was a litigation attorney at Christensen, Miller, Fink, Jacobs, Glaser, Weil & Shapiro, LLP.

Mr. Fahn has been a featured speaker and panelist on crisis management and public relations issues, including at the American Bar Association Forum on Sports and Entertainment; the Public Relations Society of America – LA and the Santa Clara University Institute of Sports Law and Ethics.

Mr. Fahn is a member of the Sitrick And Company Management Committee and an inactive member of the California State Bar. He holds a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law and a BA in Communications from the University of Denver.
